Practice Proper Posture
- Stand straight with shoulders back and head aligned with the body.
- Avoid locking the knees; keep feet shoulder-width apart.
- While sitting, keep feet flat on the floor and avoid crossing the legs.
- Use a small lumbar pillow if your chair lacks support.
Exercise & Movement
Regular movement reduces the recurrence of lower back pain. Gentle stretches like cat-cow, lying lateral leg lifts, and knee-to-chest stretches help strengthen the lumbar region.
